Step 2: Pack Your Device Please pack your device in a sturdy box or padded sleeve.
Please include your power cable ONLY if:
Your laptop does not use USB-C charging.
You are experiencing battery/charging issues.
If sending a charger, please wrap it in cardboard or bubble wrap so it does not scratch the laptop during transit.
DO include a piece of paper inside with your Name and Passcode/PIN (if you didn't include it in the form).
Step 3: The Drop-Off Take your package to [Courier/Address].
Important: You must show them your "Payment Confirmation" email or screen. They cannot accept packages without proof of intake.
